PHSugar Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to PHSugar. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PHSugar platform available at phsugar.best, including all associated services, features, promotions, and tools. By creating an account or accessing the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

PHSugar operates as a licensed online gaming platform serving adult players in the Philippines. The platform is operated by PHSugar Ltd, a company incorporated and operating under a valid gaming licence issued by the appropriate regulatory authority. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules published on the PHSugar platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, individual promotion terms, and sport-specific betting rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms take precedence unless the supplementary rules explicitly state otherwise.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To access PHSugar's full range of services — including deposits, bets, and bonuses — you must register a verified account. Registration is free and open to residents of the Philippines who meet the eligibility criteria below.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of access.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a PHSugar employee.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion from the PHSugar platform or any related gaming network.

One account per person: PHSugar permits only one account per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method. If you already have a PHSugar account and attempt to register a second one, both accounts may be suspended and any associated winnings or bonuses forfeited.

Accurate information: You are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address as they appear on your government-issued identification. PHSugar may request supporting documents at any time to verify the information provided.

Account security: You are responsible for keeping your PHSugar login credentials secure. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. PHSugar is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact PHSugar support immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the PHSugar platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). PHSugar does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Exchange rate conversions are not supported on the platform.

Accepted payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (may vary by payment method — check the deposit page for current limits).
• Deposits must be made from an account or card that is registered in your name. PHSugar does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• PHSugar does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside PHSugar's control.
• Deposits are normally credited to your PHSugar wallet within minutes. If a deposit does not reflect after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 (may vary by method).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used to deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• PHSugar does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times vary by tier: standard accounts within one business day; Silver priority queue; Gold same-day; Platinum within four hours; Diamond within one hour.
• PHSugar may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a compliance requirement applicable to all players regardless of tier.
• Withdrawals of funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

PHSugar offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These include but are not limited to the welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload offers, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, and the Refer a Friend reward. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms published on the Promotions page.

General bonus rules applicable to all offers:

• Bonuses are credited to your PHSugar account in Philippine Peso. Where applicable, a wagering requirement must be met before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will result in the additional bonus being voided.
• Unless specified otherwise in individual promotion terms, bonuses cannot be combined. If you have an active bonus, a new bonus will not apply until the first is either completed or expired.
• PHSugar reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion with reasonable notice. In the case of technical errors that result in incorrect bonus credits, PHSugar reserves the right to recalculate and correct the credited amounts.
• Bonus winnings generated through suspected fraud, multi-accounting, or exploitation of technical errors will be voided and the relevant accounts reviewed.

5 Betting Rules and Wager Settlement

PHSugar offers sports betting across multiple markets including NBA basketball, international and domestic football, and other sports events listed on the platform at any given time. Bets are also accepted on fishing game rounds and other gaming products listed under the PHSugar platform.

Wager placement: All bets must be placed through the PHSugar interface by the player themselves. Bets placed using automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools are prohibited and will be voided. The use of any system that provides an unfair information advantage — including real-time data feeds not available to the general public — is also prohibited.

Settlement: PHSugar settles bets based on the official result of the relevant match, event, or game round as confirmed by the governing body, league, or official data provider used by PHSugar. In the event of a dispute over settlement, PHSugar's decision — informed by official sources — is final.

Cancellations and postponements: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours from its original scheduled start, or abandoned before a result can be determined, bets on that event will normally be refunded. Minimum and maximum wagers: PHSugar applies minimum and maximum bet limits per market. These limits are displayed during the bet-placement process and may vary by event, market, and the player's account status.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PHSugar platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account per person or household.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or personal information to access or transact on the platform.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated accounts, or fraudulent registration methods.
• Using the PHSugar platform for money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime.
• Placing bets using information obtained through illegal means or through access to non-public information that provides an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, manipulate odds, or exploit platform features.
• Colluding with other players or PHSugar employees to manipulate game outcomes or bonus calculations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing PHSugar staff, agents, or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent technical security measures, account restrictions, or responsible gaming tools applied to your account.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

PHSugar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. This will normally occur in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement requests.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 months or more (see inactive account policy below).

Voluntary closure: Players wishing to close their PHSugar account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@phsugar.best. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method after identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

Inactive accounts: If your PHSugar account shows no login activity for 12 consecutive months and carries a balance, PHSugar will notify you at the registered email address and attempt to return the balance to your nominated payment method. An inactivity administration fee of ₱50 per month may apply after the 12-month period to cover operational costs associated with maintaining dormant accounts.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

PHSugar collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at phsugar.best/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to PHSugar processing your personal data as described in that policy.

PHSugar does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, for identity verification purposes, or with licensed payment processors and service providers necessary to operate the platform. All data processors engaged by PHSugar are contractually bound to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable privacy law.

9 Responsible Gaming

PHSugar is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. We recognise that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling habits, and we take our responsibility to support those players seriously.

Tools available to all PHSugar account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your PHSugar account. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Configure timed notifications that remind you how long you've been active in a session. These are available in your account settings.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a break from PHSugar for a defined period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the PHSugar platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and applied across all products on the platform. During a self-exclusion period, PHSugar will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the PHSugar platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, betting interfaces, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of PHSugar Ltd or its licensed content providers. This content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PHSugar platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any PHSugar content without express written permission from PHSugar Ltd.

11 Limitation of Liability

PHSugar provides its platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and factors outside PHSugar's control — including network outages, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHSugar's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the player's PHSugar account at the time the claim arises. PHSugar is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of opportunity, or any other losses not directly caused by a confirmed error on PHSugar's part.

Bets placed and settled in accordance with the published rules are final. PHSugar does not accept liability for player decisions made based on incorrect odds information displayed due to technical errors, provided the platform takes reasonable and timely steps to correct such errors once identified.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your PHSugar account, or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to PHSugar's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, contact PHSugar support at support@phsugar.best with a written description of the issue, your account details, and the resolution you are seeking. PHSugar commits to responding to formal disputes within 5 business days and resolving them within 30 business days where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory body under whose licence PHSugar operates. Players retain their rights to pursue legal remedies available under Philippine consumer protection laws.

13 Changes to These Terms

PHSugar may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in regulation, platform features, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, PHSugar will provide at least 7 days' advance notice through in-account notifications and by email to your registered address.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates that do not affect player rights — may be made without prior notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the PHSugar platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.
